Target Group: All those who work directly with young people and planning to utilize Youth in Action in the near future as a tool for stimulating groups and individuals.
Details:: This training is a response to the need for a better understanding and better use of “non-formal” education activities in the framework of the Youth In Action Programme.
Aims and Objective:
1. Get a theoretical and practical background on Living Learning.
2. Learn how to generate great Living Learning experiences within the framework of Youth in Action.
3. Learn how to create/keep the space for development, so valuable and authentic learning experiences can be co-created (Living Learning).
4. Learn how to develop and respect the personal leadership and responsibility of the participants and the leaders.
5. Exchange experiences and practical tips and tools in working with young people.
6. The participants will develop future YIA projects together.
Working Language : English
Costs : Accommodation covered by the Dutch NA, flights covered by the Maltese NA (10 EUR charge will be charged for the chosen participants)
