To all individuals and organizations applying for a project by the next, 1st June 2010 deadline, please remember the following eligibility criteria:

  • Project must start between the 1 September 2010 and 31 January 2011
  • Where partners are involved in a project, applications must be submitted with the original signatures on Part III of the applications (or faxed copies signed stating that they are true copies of originals)
  • A financial capacity check will be made on those organizations submitting a request exceeding €25,000. Please provide necessary documentation as requested in the checklist found in the last page of all application forms.
  • Non-profit organizations and associations must submit their statute with the application and certificate of registration with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organizations. Public bodies are to submit a copy of the legal notice establishing them.
  • Informal groups must submit a photocopy of the legal representatives ID card
  • The NA requests 1 original spiral bound copy (with signatures of the legal representative signed in blue ink), 2 separately spiral bound photocopies and a soft copy (on CD) of each application

Please also remember that EUPAs Youth in Action Programme is bound with the above and more regulations that will make your project ineligible in case your submission does not follow the necessary criteria.

We advise you to read carefully through the Programme Guide available in the Downloads section of this website.

Applications can be submitted in any of the official EU languages. Nevertheless, it is obligatory to submit a complete translation in English for each copy requested.

Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any queries.
